Disney Channel has greenlighted comedy pilot Bunked, written by Joey Manderino (Austin & Ally) and executed produced by Dan Staley (Good Luck Charlie), for series consideration. According to the logline, Bunked follows a tech-savvy teenage girl as she tries to adapt to life as a counselor at a sleep-away camp in Wisconsin. She barely has the skills to unzip a sleeping bag, let alone lead young campers through any outdoor adventures, but with a little help from new friends, and some insect repellent, she might be able to pull it off. Bunked begins production in September.
