Yesterday, we satirically reported on Marvel's plans to offer financing for their comics with all four issues of the Death of Wolverine priced at $4.99. However, the full solicits arrived today, and there are a total of fifteen books at that price point: Death of Wolverine #1-4, Superior Spider-Man #33, New Avengers #24, Avengers #35, Avengers #34.1, Fantastic Four Annual #1, Thor: God of Thunder #25, Miracleman #10, Hulk Annual #1, Deadpool Bi-Annual #1, Hawkeye vs. Deadpool #0, and Deadpool #34. Some of those are oversized or "special" issues, but do you really believe this isn't the beginning of "the new normal?" Yeah, we don't either.
