PRO WRESTLING NEWS:
---Hulk Hogan wants Chris Hemsworth for biopic
Chris Hemsworth, star of comic book films ‘Thor’ and ‘The Avengers’, has always shared a birthday with the legendary wrestler and pop culture icon Terry ‘Hulk’ Hogan but now it seems they might be sharing scripts.
Hulk Hogan has begun speaking about a potential biopic in the works that would cover his early life and career in the squared circle and the Hulkster has eyes on who he wants to play himself: “We need a serious, serious actor that knows what he’s doing. You know who I thought would be good? That guy that did that action movie, ‘Thor.’”
Chris Hemsworth certainly has the build to play the muscle bound athlete and looking at his recent success in “Rush”, a dramatic biographical film about famous racer, James Hunt, the idea of playing another real life legend does not seem so absurd.
Hogan and Hemsworth fans, if that combination DOES exist, should not get too excited just yet. All talks at this point in time are preliminary and who truly knows how serious a suggestion Chris Hemsworth was. With all that said it is easy to see the draw for the young actor. The world could always use a little Hulkamania.
Hogan may have another lead man in mind
TMZ caught up with the Hulkster at Laguardia airport in New York earlier this month. The gossip site asked Hogan about steroids in baseball and if he would have to become a Dallas Cowboys fan after daughter Brooke’s engagement.
When the site asked Hulk who the ideal person would be to play him in a biopic, Hogan noted that it was “being worked on right now, brotha.” Hogan also said that his son Nick (Nicholas Allan Bollea) would be “perfect” to play him.
Hogan has since downplayed the biopic project, telling the Canadian Press:
“It’s not really true. It’s a TMZ headline…. What happened was, I was going through LaGuardia Airport … this guy asked me a bunch of dumb questions for TMZ and he goes, ‘Eh, when are they going to do a bio about your life?’ And I said, ‘It’s already in development.’ So now everybody’s rambling like it’s a feature film already. But the truth is … two kids that are writers in L.A., hot young writers, they did a four-page treatment and I’m telling you they nailed it — they nailed it like they were living in my shoes — and I gave them the green light to go ahead and write the first pass. But that’s all it is.

---There are conflicting reports regarding the fight with Alberto Del Rio and Drew McIntyre at SummerSlam on Sunday, which is the reason Del Rio was sporting a black eye. Reports that Del Rio and Drew fought each other may be incorrect as the two may have gotten into a fight with other people outside of WWE. It was said they returned to their hotel yesterday afternoon looking beat up. Drew posted a photo of himself having dinner after SummerSlam and shows no signs of damage, as was reported.
One of the top questions we've received since last night' Summerslam is what happened to World champion Alberto Del Rio's face.

One story is that Del Rio got into a verbal confrontation with someone and his friends stepped in.
When Del Rio returned to the WWE hotel Sunday AM, he had two black eyes and was trying to shield his face from everyone in the lobby. He was accompanied by Drew McIntyre, who was also at the Pub and stepped into the fight to help Del Rio.
We've also heard that McIntyre ended up with two knots on the side of his head during the fracas.
