The “Transformers” director bought the home in 1999 for $5.16 million. The contemporary estate is nearly 8,000 sq. ft., with four bedrooms and six baths, and sits on a promontory with views of the Los Angeles basin, from Mount Baldy to the Santa Monica Bay. The property, which features a state-of-the-art theater, wine cellar and an outdoor patio and pool, was purchased by New York City developer Zach Vella in April. Warner’s firm, AIA, designed the Bel Air Country Club. The home was originally built in 1976.
