Revolver bought rights to the U.S. and Canada. Signature Entertainment acquired the U.K. and MiG bought Germany. Double Dutch is selling remaining territories at Cannes. “House of Last Things” marks the U.S. directorial debut of Michael Bartlett, who also wrote the script about an unspoken tragedy and its effects on a house in Portland, Ore., its temporary caretakers and the owners — a classical music critic and his wife on a recuperative trip to Italy. The U.S.-Canada deal was negotiated by Ron Moring for Double Dutch and Daniel Brandt for Revolver.
