Advertising on the Dish Network for upcoming PPV events does not list Sunday's Elimination Chamber match, and neither side has responded to questions regarding the situation.
Those at Dish Network have not responded to numerous questions past instructions being given to say negotiations are ongonig. WWE has also not responded.
While there have been threats from DirecTV regarding not carrying PPVs once the WWE launches its network, there would seem to be no reason not to carry the Chamber, because WWE is not undercutting the deal for that show on its network.
The Dish Network has more than 14 million subscribers, meaning just over 14 percent of the total cable and satellite homes in the United States.

WWE is pleased that the majority of our cable and satellite Pay-Per-View distributors are giving our fans an option to purchase traditional Pay-Per-Views as we prepare to launch WWE Network on Monday, February 24. Unfortunately, DISH will not be doing so. We hope DISH will reconsider for this Sunday’s Elimination Chamber Pay-Per-View event and especially for WrestleMania 30.
