Have you seen the new Thor movie? It is a good movie and the surprise in the movie is topaz from the ultraverse appears. This is the first time that an ultraverse character has appeared in a Marvel Cinematic Universe movie. Is this the sign of things to come? I think it's only been a matter of time before Marvel have to start using other characters in their movies. The publishing division licensed or bought the Angela character from Neil Gaiman, so I would not be surprised if they bought other characters or brought in other characters the kind of shore up these movies. The winner is the fans. The rumor with why the ultraverse as never really been exploited that much is it was some kind of deal with the original characters were they got too high a percentage of Rights fees and stuff like that, so it's always a money thing that keeps these things from being put on screen. I wonder what changed with Thor Ragnarok where they included topaz in there as the right hand in command of The Grandmaster? I really want to know why they included her in the movie instead of inventing a character or just using somebody from the old Marvel Comics.
