Morgan is expected to be pushed as a top star and is training for a bodybuilding competition later this year, so he will be in great shape. With Bruce Prichard, the current plan is for him to be used as a television personality. His Something To Wrestle podcast is wildly popular and TNA would see a nice uptick in viewership if a large portion of Prichard’s audience tunes in to Impact. – As crazy as this sounds, a big initiative of this new era will be to bury the former regime. We’ll see if Dixie Carter is mentioned by name, but the “Make Impact Great Again” campaign that Jeff Jarrett has been talking about is to distance themselves from the Carter camp. – TNA will be taping six episodes of Impact over four days of tapings. In an effort to not get too backlogged with taped episode, it was reportedly Jeff Jarrett’s idea to only pre-tape six episodes. – Impact Wrestling once again has a new logo, which is a definite improvement over the Anthem owl variation. – TNA has signed a new TV deal with Spike TV UK. Impact Wrestling returns to Spike on April 21st.

www.f4wonline.com/tna-news/impact-wrestling-finds-new-home-tv-uk-231031IMPACT WRESTLING FINDS A NEW HOME ON TV IN THE UK BY DAVE MELTZER | @davemeltzerwon | MAR 2, 2017 10:38 AM Impact Wrestling announced a new television deal in the United Kingdom today with Spike U.K., a two-year-old station in the market that also airs Bellator. Spike U.K. airs a lot of Spike TV programming as well as some shows from parent Ch. 5 in the U.K. The station broadcasts in the U.K. and Ireland. Only a handful of shows in the history of the station have done 200,000 viewers. The deal goes into effect in the spring, and will air Impact every week, as well as monthly live and taped PPVs. TNA Xplosion will air on the smaller My5. Impact will air on Friday nights, the night after the show debuts in the U.S. and Canada. Impact had been out of the U.K. since being canceled by Challenge TV. Its ratings had declined greatly on the station prior to being dropped. Impact had often had more viewers than Raw or SmackDown in the U.K. in the past, but that's misleading since Challenge was available in far more homes than Sky.
