WWE Superstar Ezekiel Jackson, who is still under contract, has not wrestled a match since the WrestleMania 29 Axxess on April 3rd.
Before that, he hadn't wrestled a match since the July 3rd, 2012 SmackDown.
Jackson noted on Instagram how he's came up with a special training routine since he's been home.
He thanked DeFranco's Gym for helping him stay in shape.
Jackson has developed two hernias which has slowed down his training for the past 6 to 8 weeks.
Jackson is having surgery today, which will be his 3rd in 4 years.
Jackson says he will be back to training in 2 weeks and will soon be back better than ever.
