WWE.com has an article with Big E Langston and Dean Ambrose discussing possibly unifying the United States Championship and the Intercontinental Championship. Both were open to the idea, with Big E suggesting that the U.S. title be absorbed into the Intercontinental title, while Ambrose said that a new title should be created.
"If it strengthens the legitimacy of both titles, then I'm all for it," Big E said.
"It'd be a good thing as long as they made one good looking championship for me to haul around, because I'd definitely be the one holding it," Ambrose added.
