Moose The Wrestling Observer Newsletter is reporting WWE has backed off on signing Moose right now due to a past domestic violence allegation with he was in the NFL, given the timing of recent issues with Jerry Lawler and Adam Rose. It was noted that Moose was told the door is still open for him in the future; he was reportedly expected to be a part of the Fall class at the WWE Performance Center. Moose has also had offers from Lucha Underground and TNA, and he could always stay with ROH. It was reported that TNA offered a deal around $100,000 per year, which is the most of anyone, but plans for his ROH future could always change. According to the Observer, there are no plans with Moose being booked going forward, and plans were likely laid out with the impression he was already leaving, citing losses on TV and PPV, but he could still stay with the promotion.
