www.f4wonline.com/tna-news/aroluxe-marketing-revealed-company-negotiating-tna-211256AROLUXE MARKETING REVEALED AS COMPANY NEGOTIATING WITH TNA BY PAUL FONTAINE | @paulacefontaine | APR 18, 2016 11:43 AM Dave Meltzer revealed today in a breaking news audio update that the company that Impact Wrestling/TNA has been negotiating with is Aroluxe, a company that former wrestlers Ron and Don Harris are involved with. The Harris brothers were mid-level stars in both the WWF and WCW in the late 90s and were brought in to TNA by former owner Jeff Jarrett when the company started. Negotiations are still ongoing. TNA president Dixie Carter was hopeful of securing a deal whereby an investor would purchase 49% interest in the company, allowing her to maintain a majority interest. Whether she finds a company willing to do that or not, the company is in a crunch position as they are essentially out of money and will require a cash influx to get them through their next set of TV tapings scheduled for later this week. If Carter is not able to find an investor willing to let her maintain control of the company there will obviously be a shakeup in the company and details of that are likely to come out in the next week or so. Total Non-Stop Action Wrestling started in late 2002 as a weekly pay per view product owned and operated by Jeff and Jerry Jarrett. Father Jerry pulled out of the partnership early and Jeff went to Panda Energy for financing to keep the company afloat. They remained as a weekly PPV property until late 2004, when they secured a broadcast contract with Fox Sports Network and used that platform to move to the more traditional monthly PPV model. They were at times in their history profitable but ever since spending big money to acquire free agents Hulk Hogan, Ric Flair, Jeff Hardy, Rob Van Dam and others in 2010 the promotion has been a money loser. They started on SPIKE TV in 2005 and at times garnered audiences upwards of 1.5 million. By late 2014, they were down under a million and on top of the declining ratings, the promotion was secretly employing Vince Russo as a consultant despite the fact that SPIKE executives had made it clear they did not want the company to have any dealings with Russo. They moved to Destination America in 2015 and it quickly became clear that it would not be a good fit. Destination America announced midway through the first year that they would not be renewing them for a second season, despite announcing a “multi-year” contract at the start of the relationship. In late 2015 the company announced that they would start the following year on POP TV, the former TV Guide channel. While no terms were announced at the time, it was believed to be an ad revenue sharing deal. POP TV president Brad Schwartz announced that they hoped that the promotion would return to the 1.3 million audience level with the move to POP. This despite the fact that the show averaged less than half of that number during it’s year on Destination America. With the move to POP, ratings declined even further, settling in around 300,000 despite being available in 80 million homes in the United States.

www.sescoops.com/update-on-the-harris-brothers-company-possibly-taking-over-tna/Update On The Harris Brothers’ Company Possibly Taking Over TNA As David reported earlier, a Nashville-based marketing agency named Aroluxe is in the running to buy TNA. Ron & Don Harris are involved in the company, which TNA reportedly owes money to. To update on this, PWInsider reports that there may be a corporate takover if TNA doesn’t pay them what’s owed. Aroluxe reportedly handles all of Impact Wrestling’s production including expenditures, and TNA is to reimburse them and pay for services. PWInsider claims that TNA owes Aroluxe at least one payment, and based on their contract, if the payment isn’t made, Aroluxe would then be able to claim majority ownership of TNA. This would leave Dixie Carter a minority owner, and likely bring drastic management changes. Aroluxe has been handling Impact Wrestling’s production since January 2016. PWInsider reports that Ron and Don Harris have been working in different areas of TNA so regularly that there likely wouldn’t be any transitional issues if their company does take over.

www.sescoops.com/142442-2/Details On The Company Looking To Buy Majority Stake In TNA In a breaking news audio update for subscribers at f4wonline.com, Dave Meltzer has reported that the investment group that is in the running to buy into TNA is Aroluxe, a Tennessee-based marketing company. Two of the main officers are Ron and Don Harris, the retired wrestling twin brothers who have worked with TNA in some capacity since the beginning, including in production. Presumably, when the stories came out about TNA hiring a third party company run by the Harrises to handle the freelance production workers, that was Aroluxe or an affiliated company that Aroluxe uses for their own production. Aroluxe put up the money for the last set of of TV tapings and probably this week’s tapings. They believe that they’re buying the company and want majority ownership, and that would almost certainly result in dramatic management shakeup. Dixie Carter apparently does not want to sell a majority stake, instead preferring to keep 51% and sell 49%, but she has to make a decision soon. In Meltzer’s words, “We are closing in on the moment of truth.” TNA is out of money after running on borrowed time when Panda Energy pulled funding after about 13 years, and has a number of debts owed as well as obligations to fulfil. We’ll have more on this as it develops.

www.wrestlinginc.com/wi/news/2016/0418/609866/backstage-talk-on-tna-possibly-owing-aroluxe-a-payment/Backstage Talk On TNA Possibly Owing Aroluxe A Payment, More On Dixie Carter, Panda Energy Source: PWInsider As noted, major changes with TNA are expected to happen within the next few weeks as the company is essentially out of money and Dixie Carter has been negotiating with potential investors and partners. We noted earlier that Dixie has been talking with Aroluxe Marketing, which former wrestlers The Harris Twins are involved with. Aroluxe has been working TNA production since January but they have also put money into the recent set of Impact Wrestling tapings, and possibly this week's tapings. PWInsider reports that their production deal sees Aroluxe cover everything needed for the tapings and then TNA reimburses them, and pays them for their services. There's a story going around among the TNA wrestlers that a payment is due to Aroluxe this week. One version going around says the payment is due today while another says it's Wednesday. The story also says that based on terms of the deal, Aroluxe is able to claim majority ownership of TNA if the payment is not made. This would leave Dixie as a minority owner, something she's been trying to avoid during negotiations. PWInsider noted that they weren't able to confirm this part of the story but it's going around a large part of the roster. PWInsider also confirmed that multiple parties are interested in a deal with Dixie. She's previously turned down all offers but with the company facing serious money problems, she may be forced to make a deal now. We've noted how Aroluxe are the favorites and The Harris Twins have been seen at TNA headquarters having meetings with various departments in preparation for a potential takeover if the sale goes through. TNA's former parent company Panda Energy has no say in the matters as they haven't had any ownership for some time. Panda quit putting money into the company as far back as 4-5 years ago and removed themselves from TNA operations. Dixie has been the only TNA stockholder since she bought Jeff Jarrett's shares last year.

www.wrestlinginc.com/wi/news/2016/0418/609862/what-company-is-tna-negotiating-with/What Company Is TNA Negotiating With?, Backstage Updates On Dixie Carter And TNA Negotiations Source: F4WOnline The group that's a favorite to take control of TNA is Aroluxe Marketing, which former wrestlers Ron and Don Harris are involved with as main officers, according to Wrestling Observer Radio. The Harris Twins, who have worked for WWE, ECW, WCW and TNA, have been helping with TNA production for several months now. Aroluxe is actually helping to fund TNA as they put up money for the last set of Impact Wrestling tapings, and probably will do the same for the tapings that begin later this week. It was noted on Wrestling Observer Radio that Dixie Carter has other deals she's working on but word is that the other people she's talking with don't like her terms. Dixie reportedly wants to retain control of the company with 51% of ownership. Dixie is trying to make money on the deal and still own a majority of the company, which is going to be hard to do. As noted, the feeling is something has to happen soon as the company is essentially out of money. We will keep you updated on any developments.

www.pwinsider.com/article/101404/tna-update-major-changes-could-come-shortly.html?p=1TNA UPDATE: MAJOR CHANGES COULD COME SHORTLY By Mike Johnson on 2016-04-18 16:28:00 The future of TNA, long and short-term, has been a major topic of discussion over the last few weeks. With this week's Impact Wrestling tapings set for Universal Studios Florida, here is where things currently stand. Since January 2016, TNA has been working with Aroluxe, a marketing and production company based in Tennessee that has taken over TNA's production as part of a deal that, according to multiple sources, sees Aroluxe handle all of the expenditures for TNA tapings and then sees TNA reimburse them for expenses as well as pay them for their services. Aroluxe is the company that former pro wrestlers Ron and Don Harris (then known as The Bruise Brothers) have been involved with. It provides TV Production, social media management, media buying, web management and other services to clients. The word that has made the way around TNA performers in the past week is that a payment to Aroluxe is due imminently (one version of the story is that the payment is due today, another is that it is due Wednesday) and that based on TNA's contract with Aroluxe, if the payment is not made, Aroluxe would then be able to claim majority ownership of TNA Wrestling, leaving Dixie Carter a minority owner. We have not been able to 100% confirm that but that version of the story has made it's way around a big portion of the company's roster over the last seven days. PWInsider reached out to a number of sources within TNA and none of them would be willing to discuss the situation, much less confirm what we have heard. One person told me that if anyone should comment on the situation, it should be Dixie Carter and no one else. PWInsider.com reached out to Carter this afternoon. For those wondering where Panda Energy stands on the chess board, Panda completely divested themselves of TNA a long time ago and hasn't put money into the company dating back 4-5 years. They no longer have any ownership. Once Dixie Carter bought out Jeff Jarrett from his shares last year, she was the one and only stockholder. That may change later this week if reports we are hearing are correct. In recent months, Ron and Don Harris have been regularly seen at the TNA offices and have been meeting with different areas of the company to the point that should Aroluxe take over, there likely wouldn't a blip since they are already familiar and integrated into how the company operates. So, where things stand based on what we have heard appear to be going in one of two directions - TNA reimburses Aroluxe and things remain at their status quo or Aroluxe takes over the reigns of the company. It would appear that should the latter happen, Dixie Carter would remain in some capacity, although what this would mean for the remainder of the TNA officials, staff, roster, etc. remains up in the air. Unless something unforeseen happens, such as Carter finding another buyer for the company who completely buys out herself and takes care of the Aroluxe issue, either way it's going to be a very interesting few days in Nashville before TNA gets to TV in Florida. It should be noted that there have been others interested in TNA in the past (and even in recent weeks, there's been talk of multiple interested parties), but Carter has previously turned down all sale offers. Depending on how the week goes, she may no longer be in that position. Time will tell but we may be on the cusp of a new chapter for TNA Wrestling.

www.pwinsider.com/article/101414/tna-update.html?p=1TNA UPDATE By Mike Johnson on 2016-04-18 21:48:00 In speaking to a very high-up source within TNA tonight, I was told the company remains in discussions with "several strategic partners" and that those talks are stll moving forward. We are told there are three potential partners. The source played down the idea that anything would be settled this week and felt the stories making the rounds could actually hurt the process (and potentially, the company). The source also floated the idea that all of the stories that are floating around could be attributed to one of the players trying to force TNA's hand by pushing it's own interest in the court of public opinion. The source declined to comment on what PWInsider.com wrote about earlier today in regard to TNA's relationship with Aerolux.
