STX Entertainment has dated three upcoming releases, which are all set to hit theaters in late summer/early fall of 2016. An untitled comedy, previously called Bad Moms, was written and directed by John Lucas and Scott Moore, and will be released on Aug 19. The movie will star Mila Kunis, Christina Applegate and Kristen Bell, and follows three over-worked modern mothers who go on a journey of self-liberation, where they shirk conventional responsibilities. Bill Block and Suzanne Todd will produce the project. Out on Sept. 30 is a yet to be titled coming-of-age dramedy from first time writer-director Kelly Fremon Craig. The movie stars Hailee Steinfeld and Haley Lu Richardson as best friends, until one discovers that the other has secretly been dating her older brother. Woody Harrelson and Blake Jenner also star. James L. Brooks is set to produce the film, along with Richard Sakai and Julie Ansell. Finally, Bye Bye Man will hit theaters on Oct. 14. The horror-thriller, which will be out in time for Halloween, is directed by Stacy Title and stars Carrie-Anne Moss, Faye Dunaway, Douglas Smith, Cressida Bonas, Lucien Laviscount and Douglas Jones. The movie follows three college students who move into an old house off campus and unwittingly unleash a supernatural entity known as The Bye Bye Man. Jonathan Penner adapted the script from the short story The Bridge to Body Island by Robert Damon Schneck. Trevor Macy, Jeffrey Soros and Simon Horsman are set to produce.
