In addition to working on single and multiple picture financing deals, Tricarico will shepherd agreements for options and acquisitions, split-rights and joint ventures and co-productions. Additionally he’ll be involved with film library acquisitions, equity investments and profit participation plus first-look, publishing and merchandising arrangements including promotions and endorsements as well as corporate executive employment contracts. His clients have included independent production companies, producers, writers, rights holders and financiers, and included Scott Free Productions, MTV Networks and The Walt Disney Co. Prior to joining Broad Green, Tricarico was a founding partner of the boutique firm Tricarico Chavez. Before that Tricarico was a partner at Katten Muchin Rosenman LLP, and he began his legal career at O’Melveny & Myers in Century City.

Tricarico joins the company from entertainment law firm Tricarico Chavez, where he advised companies such as Scott Free Productions, MTV Networks and Disney. “Christopher’s knowledge of both the legal and business aspects of the entertainment industry make him extremely valuable to the growth and management of our studio. He’s a fantastic and impactful addition to the Broad Green Team,” said Gabriel Hammond, CEO of BGP, and Daniel Hammond, BGP chief creative officer. “I am delighted to participate in building this amazing and unique studio with the Hammonds, whose vision and drive I admire,” said Tricarico. “It’s an exciting and challenging opportunity, and one I truly look forward to.” Tricarico is also a film and TV producer. His credits include Sundance Film Festival title “May in the Summer” and the current Amazon series “Man in the High Castle.”
