“Star Trek” actor and Internet superstar George Takei is taking his online game to the next level by launching a webseries with his husband, Brad, called “It Takeis Two.”
The first episode, titled “Seriously,” went up on Takei’s Youtube channel on Tuesday.
In the episode, Brad finds a mean meme of him online and embarks on a mission to have it taken down. George, the meme master himself, tries to calm his husband’s anxiety and deter him from taking action, but to no avail.
Following his TV career as Hikaru Sulu in “Star Trek,” Takei found a second life as an Internet favorite with an active presence on social media. He currently has 1.6 million Twitter followers and nearly 8.5 million likes on his Facebook page.
