FilmBuff has promoted Mickey Slevin and Scott Kaplan to COO and SVP, respectively. Slevin had been Head of Finance since 2011 at the indie distribution company and now adds operations oversight. Kaplan, who joined in 2013, heads distribution and sourcing and negotiates all TV and VOD rights deals for the FilmBuff library. Filmbuff last month released the Adam Carolla indie Road Hard.
