Philippe Dauman, who has been chief executive of the New York-based entertainment company since September of 2006, earned $3.87 million in salary, $12.4 million in stock, $7.5 million in option grants, $20 million in bonus payments and other pay of $546,000, according to the filing. He earned $37.2 million in 2013. The company also said its controlling shareholder, Sumner Redstone, received $1.94 million in salary, $10 million in bonus payments, and $1.26 million in other compensation – a total of $13.2 million.
