New Jersey's Pro Wrestling Syndicate, which regularly runs Rahway, NJ announced last night that they would debut a weekly TV series on WLNY channel 55 starting Saturday 1/3/15.
The channel, which is broadcast out of Long Island, NY, was the original home of WWF's Shotgun Saturday Night in the late 1990s in the NYC area and is broadcast in New York, New Jersey and Connecticut.

Pro Wrestling Syndicate announced that they've gotten TV in the form of an hour long slot on WLNY (channel 55 over the air, channel 10 on most cable systems) in the New York area Friday nights/Saturday mornings at 4:30 AM starting January 3rd. In light of the news, everyone should read item number five in this Bill Behrens blog post from 2007, which deals with why indies should not obsess about getting TV, especially since they usually have to pay for it. They're not even in late night channel surfing range, and explicitly mentioned this doesn't matter because they're on a low numbered channel in the DVR era. Well, if they know to DVR the PWS show, they probably know they can watch PWS on YouTube.
