Norton is a underworld scum with information on the illegal dealings of the Brand Corporation.Jameson wants to print a story on this. Brand Corp. Puts out a hit on Nose with the Tarantula answering the call. Their is a big climax at the pier, with ben Ulrich,Spidey,Tarantula, agents of the Brand Corp. and Nose. This is great action in this comic.Brand was a subsidiary of Roxxon Oil, if I remember correctly.Roxxon was brought up in Iron Man 3.
