The Uncanny X-Men #123
A Retro Comic Book Review
Released in 1979 by Marvel Comics $.40
Writer-Chris Claremont Art-John Byrne and Terry Austin
What a issue. Spider-Man guest stars as he is webslinging across the city he sees Colleen Wing and Cyclops out on a date. He drops down to say hi and then he swings away. As he is taking off, he notices a garbage truck that pulls up to the couple. He hears a noise that is familiar. He recognizes it as the same noise that was around when him and Captain Britain were kidnapped by Arcade. He then goes to a pay phone and calls the X-Men at their mansion(no word on who gave him the number) one of Arcade's flunkies answers the phone and tells him you are too late Spider-man. One by one the X-men are taken captive and taken to Murderworld. They never show how they got Wolverine. The end of the issue is continued as Colossus is brainwashed into attacking the X-Men as he now thinks he is a agent of the USSR. This is a fun, classic book.
