We may need a follow-up from one of the sites lawyer members but with TNA signing many international contracts, unless they protected themselves would they not be liable if the loss of the American contract caused a shutdown? I doubt the international contracts could sustain the business, they were probably based on using already recorded events.Unless TNA actually shuts down, it's all a moot point. Even in the worst case scenario that they don't sign a new TV deal, they could keep holding tapings and filming for the overseas markets.
