WRESTLING NEWS:
---TNA star Hulk Hogan, 60, could wrestle two-to-three more times in his career according to Hogan's long-time business partner, Jimmy Hart.
Throughout this year, Hogan has gone back and forth publicly on whether he could have another match, but Hart exclusively said on Wednesday's PWTorch Livecast that there is an increased chance of Hogan wrestling again based on the latest doctor updates.
Asked if fans can expect to see Hogan return to the ring, Hart replied, "I think you will." Hart continued: "I just talked with Hulk a few days ago before he went up with the Dallas Cowboys and did some stuff with them. And his hips are doing great now, he finally got the last operation two months ago, he got that little gidget out of his back that was used if he had pain in his back. But, I think the doctors have got him where he might be able to get in that ring two or three more times."
Also during the Livecast interview with PWTorch columnist Pat McNeill, Hart talked about a pro wrestling role he would like to see Hogan embrace.
"I'd really like to see him really as an ambassador and go all over the world promoting wrestling," Hart said. "I think that's what he really needs to do and climb back in the ring a little bit with the right person. Whatever Hulk wants to do, I'm always backing him on it."
---Hulk Hogan noted on Twitter that he was involved in another boat accident on Sunday. He wrote:
"How come everytime we go out on the boat someone ends up bleeding? Today both me and Dr Crespo ended up covered in blood, the windshield on my boat exploded because of the wind and speed on the water,crazy... And it wasnt the go fast Scarab,it was my slower Searay, oh well time to sadle up again brother. HH"
Back in May, Hogan received medical attention after a radiator on his boat "exploded" on his hand.
---In a press release issued on Friday, WWE mentioned that they have trimmed their outlook for 2013 due to lowered revenue expectations and higher investment spending. Operating income was lowered before depreciation and amortization of $40 million – $50 million from the $56.9 million – $69.5 million they previously projected. Revenue for the second half of 2013 is expected to be 5% lower than previously expected.
“Our revised 2013 Outlook reflects a relatively moderate change in our second half revenue expectations and our continued investment in the WWE brand and our content,” said George Barrios, Chief Financial Officer. “Given the rising value of content in the market place, we believe these investments will maximize WWE’s future earnings as we renegotiate our four largest television distribution agreements and potentially launch a WWE Network.”
WWE’s stock was down 2.6% in after hours trading on Friday. As noted earlier, there was talk of cutting back secondary talents like managers from house shows due to the revised outlook.
---Hunico worked Saturday night's WWE live event in London, Ontario, Canada. He first participated in a battle royal, later he and Justin Gabriel lost a NXT Title three-way to Bo Dallas.
--- Tyson Kidd defeated Jack Swagger at Saturday night's WWE live event in Saginaw, Michigan. Zeb Colter was advertised but did not appear in Swagger's corner. An un-confirmed report came out this week from WrestleZone stating that due to cost-cutting measures, all non-essential talents, such as Zeb or Vickie Guerrero, would no longer be working WWE live events.

--- Stephanie McMahon's invitation to Dusty Rhodes is for a "business proposal", according to a WWE website article. As I've said the constant mentions of Dusty and Cody's fiancee (former WWE developmental talent/ring announcer Eden Stiles) appear to be foreshadowing their involvement in a larger Rhodes family vs. McMahon family feud, but we will see where they take this. You could also certainly see a lot of framework for a "Wargames" style match being put down over the last few weeks as well, but that may just be really really hopeful thinking on my part. I do know that the company was happy with the sales of the Wargames DVD and it's not like they haven't resurrected other concepts (ECW) after strong DVD sales in the past.
---Shawn Michaels was interviewed a few days ago by 810-AM Sports Radio in Kansas City to promote his "MacMillan River Adventures" series. The interviewer noted Michaels would be back on Raw in a few weeks, which Michaels didn't dent, but downplayed, so it could be he's scheduled to make some appearances soon.

Luther Ward, an Irish talent signed just last month who had worked overseas under the ring name OMEN.
Malik Omari, a British worker originally born in Gambia, West Africa. He was signed in early 2013.
---Former WWF performer Mike Droese, who wrestled for the company as Duke "The Dumpster" Droese in the 1990s, was indicted on charges of selling morphine to undercover authorities earlier today.Droese had been arrested this past Friday evening.Droese, now retired from pro wrestling, now works as a Special Education teacher in Centertown, TN.The arrest has started to make local media in Tennessee.
---On a day where the stock market is up 130 points in early trading, the WWE stock is down 18 cents a share after their announcement on Friday that they adjusted their guidance downward for the rest of the year. It will be interesting to see if the trend continues or if it bounces back.Again, Friday's announcement was even more curious when one considers that Vince McMahon basically guaranteed a huge jump in the TV rights fees that the company is paid for Raw and Smackdown.
---Mickie James' contract with TNA has expired as of today and she is now a free agent. James reportedly rejected a recent offer from the company.Mickie signed with TNA back in September of 2010 and made her debut on the October 7th episode of Impact Wrestling. She went on to win the TNA Knockouts Title three times.
---Chris Jericho recently spoke with Arda Ocal about facing CM Punk at WrestleMania 28 and his original idea for the feud.
"I wanted to tattoo my initials on him [Punk], which Vince [McMahon] loved and approved," Jericho said, noting later that it would have been a legitimate tattoo. "It came down to the wire, and someone told him that when you tattoo somebody it bleeds and he got all angry at that."
"He [Vince] also said, he's [Punk] already got so many tattoos, what's one more going to do? I said, 'you don't understand, a tattoo is a personal choice.' It's like a girl that has a lascivious lifestyle and has sex every night, that's her choice... but if someone rapes her, that's wrong. Same with tattooing, I tattoo my initials on him, he's got a thousand, but he's still going to always see that in the mirror. Vince didn't like it, so we kind of had to sit down and literally right before the show where we were going to do the tattooing, we kind of went into the whole Punk's dad is an alcoholic issue."
Jericho mentioned that Punk loved the idea and that they were both disappointed when it was nixed.

INTERVIEW:
---Chris Van Vliet from CBS-19 in Cleveland spoke with WWE Champion Daniel Bryan today, before tonight's Raw in Cleveland. Bryan did not have the championship belt with him, and said that it was getting fitted with the customized plates and that he will have it on Raw tonight. He also talked about his role on Total Divas, his beard-off with Oakland A's player Josh Reddick, why John Cena will never be a midcarder and more. Here are some highlights from the interview: Does he feel like the champion right now: "Until I get actually get the title and get it in my bag for a night, I don't think I'll feel like a champion. So tonight, after the show, hopefully I will feel like a champion." John Cena's injury being good for WWE: "I think right now it's a great thing because it gives other guys an opportunity to step up and fill that spot that Cena's been in for years. When Cena's on the roster it's X amount of time every show is devoted to John Cena, now it's being given to other guys who have the opportunity to shine and that's better for when John Cena comes back because now we have John Cena, we have me, we have other guys who are stepping up and becoming stars. And that's what happened in the Attitude Era with Steve Austin and The Rock, that a lot of guys left and created a lot of spots for a lot of guys to come in and be like 'hey, we're the new stars' and that's what's going to happen now." Why his "YES!" catchphrase caught on: "I have a theory that people like doing hand motions and saying things at the same time. So if you're a wrestler out there and want to make a mark, come up with something that's easy to say and some sort of hand motion that you can do with it and guaranteed success. If you can back it up in the ring." Which up and coming WWE Superstars fans should keep an eye on: "I love watching Antonio Cesaro wrestle, I think he's just incredible. Tyson Kidd doesn't get a lot of opportunities and I think he's amazing as well. But it's going to take people who can wrestle great and have the personality and stuff to get over and really break through to that next level. But we have a lot of guys who can do it. The Shield guys right now are being given a lot of awesome opportunities as a trio but if they ever split up, they are going to be awesome individually because they are all such unique, charismatic performers." Whether he ever considered going to TNA: "TNA probably doesn't want me saying this but I would make more money wrestling on the independents than I would wrestling for TNA. And it's a more free schedule and you're not under anybody's contract, you can go do what you want." His name change from Bryan Danielson to Daniel Bryan: "It's especially hard getting used to people calling me 'Daniel'. Cody Rhodes likes to call me 'Dirty Dan' and Teddy Long calls me 'Soulman Danny B'. All these little weird different names that spring up that you were never used to. When I came here, I was 28, 29 years old and you get used to just being called 'Bryan' everywhere you go and now it's all these different things. Maybe the weirdest one is 'DB' because DB can also stand for something else. Like 'Hey DB, what's up!' and I'm like 'Umm, I'm not sure if I like that'".
---Jim Ross posted his latest blog at JRSBBQ.com. Here are some highlights: Daniel Bryan winning the WWE Championship: "Bryan is a wrestler's wrestler who has paid his dues and is an exemplary member of the WWE team and locker room. Congrats to him and hopefully he will have a long, productive reign as WWE Champion. Time will obviously tell on that one." Ryback being a "Paul Heyman Guy": "Ryback aligning himself with Paul Heyman might be the best thing that Ryback has been able to accomplish since getting healthy. If Ryback is to become a major, major player in WWE then @heymanhustle is the man to help Ryback accomplish such." His retirement: "I haven't bought a rocking chair just yet in the midst of all this retirement talk. I've retired from WWE....but not from life. I'm being engaged by a variety of 'suitors' who are all presenting some interesting, potential projects to me."
