This story takes place in the 1990 storyline Armor Wars. Iron Man is on a crusade to clean up all of his stolen technology that is floating around the world. In this he is going to have to team up with Justin Hammer to make sure that no one uses his armor tech to launch nuclear missiles on the cities of Earth. The art here is very good, while the writing kinda sucks.
