TV Line spoke briefly with "Arrow" executive producer Andrew Kreisberg about the future of Barry Allen on the show prior to his debut in "The Flash" pilot. "What happened in Central City at the end of [the fall finale] was certainly big news," Kreisberg told TV Line. "Right now, we’re focusing hard on writing the Flash pilot and breaking the rest of the season of Arrow. But hopefully there will be some synchronicity between the two [shows], in anticipation of getting to see more of Grant [Gustin] and The Flash." Meanwhile, the exec also spoke with TV Guide, teasing the appearance of Katrina Law as Nyssa Al-Ghul. "She's the next wave of the League of Assassins that comes to Starling City," Kreisberg told TV Guide. "She's certainly exotic, beautiful and smart. She has some interesting secrets as well." In "The Flash" news, Comic Book Movie uncovered an interesting casting rumor from the Cross The Streams podcast: "Ghostbusters" actor Ernie Hudson may be in line for a role on the "Arrow" spinoff. "I'm meeting the creators next week," Hudson said of "The Flash." "So, I have to prepare for that." The actor went on to describe the possible role as the "adoptive dad" of Barry Allen. Leaked and unconfirmed character descriptions indicate Hudson may be up for the role of Detective West. Attachments:
