A 1970s-set period romance drama, “Summertime” tells the tale of two women from different backgrounds who fall madly in love against the feminist movement of the time. The movie, which earned warm reviews following its world premiere at Locarno, toplines Cecile de France and singer-turned-thesp Izia Higelin.
