A new book "Big Gold" by Dick Bourne and Dave Millican will look at the creation, crafting, recovery, salvage and legacy of the most famous pro wrestling belt ever - the original "Big Gold" belt that was used by the National Wrestling Alliance, New Japan Pro Wrestling and World Championship Wrestling from 1985 until 2001, will be released in the next month.
The book will feature an introduction by WWE Hall of Famer J.J. Dillon and a foreword by legendary announcer Bob Caudle as well as comments from Ric Flair, who sat down for an interview about the belt and his memories of wearing it and defending it.
