Writer-director Zoe Lister-Jones stars alongside Adam Pally and Fred Armisen. IFC Films has taken the North American rights to relationship comedy Band Aid, with Sony Pictures Worldwide picking up all other film rights.
Zoe Lister-Jones wrote and directed the feature, which premiered in the U.S. Dramatic Competition at Sundance, and follows a married couple who starts a band to work out their relationship issues through song.
Lister-Jones and Adam Pally play the couple, while Fred Armisen plays their neighbor turned drummer.
Lister-Jones and Natalia Anderson produced the feature, which was executive produced by Daryl Wein, Ted Hamm, Sean McKittrick, Ray Mansfield and Shaun Redick.
WME Global and QC Entertainment negotiated the deals on behalf of the filmmakers.
