www.sescoops.com/sunny-arrested-again-on-friday-night/Sunny Arrested Again On Friday Night By Scott Lazara on September 24, 2016 Tammy “Sunny” Sytch was arrested once again in Palmerton, PA late Friday night and is currently in custody at the Carbon County Correctional Facility. She will remain there over the weekend until she can appear in court next week. The troubled WWE Hall of Famer was jailed for violating her probation by not showing up for her one of her court mandated drug/alcohol tests. She will await to see the judge via video court for a gagnon hearing, at which time the probation officer will tell the judge what they feel the revocation time should be. Sunny was admitted to a hospital on September 12th after police and ambulances were called to her home. She was released from the hospital on September 20th and arrested again last night. We’ll keep you updated on her situation. Props to Ryan Satin of ProWrestlingSheet for being the first site to report the story.

www.pwinsider.com/article/107505/tammy-sytch-released-from-jail.html?p=1TAMMY SYTCH RELEASED FROM JAIL By Mike Johnson on 2017-02-03 13:29:00 WWE Hall of Famer Tammy "Sunny" Sytch was paroled from Carbon County Correction Facility today and the scheduled hearing in regard to her probation being revoked, originally set for 2/17, has been canceled. It would appear Sytch and her attorney have come to terms for her release and for Sytch to continue her probation following an agreement last year that saw her plead guilty to a trio of 2015 DUI arrests. PWInsider.com is working to confirm additional details. In August 2016, Sytch was sentenced to 97 days in jail, only to then give her credit for 95 days in rehab and 2 days in jail. Sytch was released without spending a day in prison, but was warned that if she got into trouble at any point in her probation, there would be consequences. Sytch was arrested five days later in Northampton County, PA on several charges including receiving stolen property (that charge was later dropped) and was fined $1,496.00 last month in that case, which is now closed. Sytch was arrested several times in September 2016 in Carbon County as well, charged with possession of alcohol and being under the influence of alcohol - both of which were violations of the zero tolerance for drugs and alcohol aspect of Sytch's probation. She had been held incarcerated since 9/23/16. Sytch was at one point the hottest female talent in WWE and has inducted into their Hall of Fame in 2007. She has had a series of ups and downs in recent years, personally and legally, and last year, released both an autobiography and an adult video.
