deadline.com/2015/05/constantine-cancelled-nbc-life-elsewhere-1201423289/‘Constantine’ Cancelled By NBC, Will It Find New Life Elsewhere? NBC has cancelled DC comic book drama Constantine. I hear the series producer Warner Bros. TV will likely shop it elsewhere. There was a rumor while ago about a possible move from NBC to cable sibling Syfy, which turned out to be false but I hear there could be a future for the show, even a potential broadcast play. I’m being completely hypothetical here, but what do you think of this trio under one roof: Lucifer, Frankenstein and Constantine?! Constantine developed a small but devoted following when it launched on Fridays last fall. The first warning sign came when NBC opted not to order more episodes beyond the original 13 but it insisted at the time on keeping the show in consideration for a second season. That is now not happening, at least not at NBC.
