Directed by and starring Alan Rickman, A Little Chaos follows Sabine (Kate Winslet), a strong-willed and talented landscape designer, who is chosen to build one of the main gardens at King Louis XIV’s new palace at Versailles. In her new position of power, she challenges gender and class barriers while also becoming professionally and romantically entangled with the court’s renowned landscape artist André Le Notre (Matthias Schoenaerts). The film closed out last year’s Toronto Film Festival. Cop Car follows two 10-year old boys who hit the backroads in an abandoned police vehicle, only to stir-up a cat-and-mouse chase with the town’s corrupt sheriff. Jon Watts directs the thriller which stars Kevin Bacon, James Freedson-Jackson, Hays Wellford, Shea Whigham and Camryn Manheim. Previously announced, comedy 5 Flights Up based on the best-selling book Heroic Measures by Jill Ciment will bow on May 8. Directed by Richard Loncraine from a script by Charlie Peters, pic follows retired Alex (Morgan Freeman) and Ruth (Diane Keaton) who are looking to cash out of their old Brooklyn apartment with the help of their real estate agent niece Lily (Cynthia Nixon) as they set their sights on a Manhattan apartment.
