Reported attendance: 1,000 SRO at Carrington Middle School gym to see OMEGA crown their first Heavyweight Champion since 2000.
(1) Arik Royal beat Manny Garcia, who interrupted the National Anthem to set up the opening match. Afterward, Royal called back ring announcer Ervin Peacock to finish the Anthem.
(2) Brad Attitude beat "Man Scout" Jake Manning in 12:00.
(3) Amber O’Neal-Gallows beat Amy Love in a Goddess Division match.
OMEGA commissioner Mike Maverick announced a six-man elimination match to determine the new OMEGA Lives champion. Hurricane Helms withdrew due to injury and was to be replaced by Jeff Hardy. Also, Cedric Alexander withdrew and would be replaced by the winner of Tommy Dreamer vs. Luke Gallows.
(4) "Southern Savior" John Skyler beat Anthony Henry.
(5) Tommy Dreamer beat Doc Gallows to advance to the title match.
Mick Foley came out for a promo to hype an upcoming comedy show at Goodnight's Comedy Club in Raleigh, N.C. He was interrupted by Bad Luck Mickey Gambino (with Cueball Carmichael) who stated that he was going to end his bad luck streak tonight by taking out Foley. Instead, Foley put the Mandible Claw on Gambino.

(6) Ethan Carter III (w/Jonny Ferrarri) beat "Fearless" Scotty Matthews in a battle of rising stars. ECIII used a distraction by his manager for the win.
(7) Jeff Hardy won a six-way elimination match to become the new OMEGA Lives champion. Hardy beat Matt Hardy last by hitting a Swanton Bomb. Full match participants were Jeff, Matt, Dreamer, Caprice Coleman, C.W. Anderson, and Trevor Lee.
Afterward, "Hurricane" Shane Helms, accompanied by OMEGA Lives commissioner Mike Maverick and several wrestlers from the locker room, came to the ring to present the belt to Jeff Hardy, and congratulate him. Matt joined the celebration and took the microphone to congratulate his brother and thank the fans for making both the show, and OMEGA Lives, a success.
