variety.com/2015/tv/news/unforgettable-season-4-a-and-e-1201426613/A&E to Revive ‘Unforgettable’ for Season 4 Following CBS Cancellation The producers of “Unforgettable” may want to change the series’ name to “Unkillable,” with A&E expected to revive the canceled CBS drama for a fourth season of 13 episodes. CBS axed the show after its freshman year before reversing course and picking it up for seasons two and three, which were aired in the summer. The show was canceled again last October, but A&E has stepped in to revive the series, which hails from Sony Pictures Television and stars Poppy Montgomery. News of the move to A&E was first reported by Deadline. A&E recently cancelled one of its own popular procedurals, “Longmire,” only to see the Robert Taylor series resurrected at Netflix.
