www.hollywoodreporter.com/news/stephen-hawking-would-like-play-753250The astrophysicist, subject of Oscar contender 'The Theory of Everything,' believes his wheelchair and computer-generated voice would be perfect for the role Professor Stephen Hawking, subject of the highly acclaimed biopic The Theory of Everything, has revealed that he wouldn’t be averse to appearing on the big screen himself. "My ideal role would be a baddie in James Bond," he said in an interview with Wired magazine. "I think the wheelchair and the computer voice would fit the part." Rumors suggest he would be battling Christoph Waltz for the main antagonist role in the next 007, but the thought of Hawking onscreen isn’t quite so far-fetched: He famously appeared in episodes of Star Trek and The Simpsons. Earlier this year, he also popped up in a special video recorded for the Monty Python Live (Mostly) shows in London, singing the "Galaxy Song."
