ROH ring announcer Bobby Cruise and current office worker and former ECW manager "Judge" Jeff Jones were recently in touch with TNA regarding potential positions with the company.
Cruise was at the most recent TV tapings in New York City and spoke with talent and TNA office members. Jones has various ties to front office officials such as Bully Ray and Taz from his time in ECW. Both were said to have spoken with head writer Dave Lagana and executive vice president John Gaburick.
Sources say Cruise's frustration comes from Ring of Honor using Scarlett Bordeaux as a ring announcer more frequently. I've heard that Jones had to be talked out of quitting the company this past summer after he expressed dissatisfaction with some company talent and senior officials.
