James Hoare and Alycia Debnam-Carey have joined the cast of the AMC pilot “Galyntine.”
Alex Russell and Steve Brand are also on board.
Created by “Halt and Catch Fire” scribe Jason Cahil, the show is set in a post-apocalyptic future without technology where a band of survivors is forced to adapt to isolation and the challenges of their new world.
Scott Free is producing along with Greg Nicotero, who is also directing the pilot.
Hoare is repped by Shanahan Management in Australia and Management 360 and the show marks his first domestic production. Debnam-Carey, who is repped by Creative Management in Australia, UTA and Management 360, can be seen next in the New Line pic “Into the Storm.”
