The film, however, does't just focus on Bosch's work, but also "on a global search for lost Bosch paintings, the film outlines the challenges faced by several international institutions working together on a comprehensive exhibition, 500 years after Bosch’s passing." The film will begin its theatrical run with an exclusive engagement at New York’s Film Forum, on July 27, with Kino Lorber planning a nationwide and Canadian rollout later in the year.
